What is ICEF Online ? • An online community of over 1,200 quality assured prospective business partners • An internet platform enabling agents, education and service providers to work together more productively and intelligently • Agents search & find education and service provider partners • Providers search & find quality agents • Providers supply agents with downloadable marketing materials eg. brochures, price lists, application forms etc. • Discussion forums for agents and providers 2

  3. Memberships to date • ICEF Online was launched at ICEF Berlin in November 2006 • Since then … • - 214 Education and service providers from 38 countries, and • - 1,026 Agents from 107 countries have joined • Most are listed at http://www.icefonline.com/clients.html 3

Usage statistics • From November 2006 to October 2008: • 51,898 member profiles views occurred • 38,952 messages were sent • 24,162 relationship requests were made • 1,012 provider supplied marketing documents and files were uploaded for agents to download and share with counselors and students 4

  6. Quality assurance of agents • What quality assurance of agents does ICEF Online offer to providers? • All ICEF Online agents are pre-screened by ICEF’s agency department. Each agency must supply 4 provider referees, who are contacted to validate their support for the agency application • Agents are encouraged to list contact details for their referees within their ICEF Online profiles • Agents can be publicly and privately rated, according to their performance, by educators 6

Agent marketing support • Support your agents with up to date and approved marketing materials • Supply large numbers of agents worldwide instantly • Your material is stored in one central location, easily accessible to all agency staff • Agents can download and distribute to prospective students • Agents who have a relationship with you can order hard copies to be posted 7

ICEF Online 2.0 – new features • Search, contact and partner with educators and service providers, as well as with agents • Control who can access your profile – by channel and by country (within channels) • Receive and manage enquiries and enrolments directly, or channel via your preferred agents • Multi-campus and multiple (linked) staff profiles per institution • Rank agents and service providers according to their performance (public & private rankings) 12

Enquiry generation • Set which countries & how much you wish to pay per enquiry (minimum bid 5 euro) • How high company shows in search results will depend on score (bid cost x conversion rate) • Purchase extra enquiry generation credit • Manage enquiry page and enquiry form which shows on HyperStudy.com when a student searches for a study level / programme type / location or combination of these which you offer 13

Enquiry management (all users) • Create ‘storage fields’ which enquiry generation and online form services can ‘feed’ • Search & export enquiry data using any criteria • Upload enquiry data from CSV files • Set up multiple auto-responder messages with attachments to respond to enquiries • Manually and auto-forward enquiries from different countries to partners or other contacts • View and update enquiry details at any time + add notes or upload / attach files to an enquiry 16
