  2. About JH Rehabilitation JH Rehabilitation is one of the leading rehabilitation centre in India. It strives to provide an all-inclusive rehabilitation centre, with the best healing hands. It is a physician-led centre, that provides a comprehensive care and takes an interdisciplinary approach (i.e. care being provided by various disciplines in a coordinated fashion). JH Rehabilitation is the first in the nation to introduce a community integration program called “EMPOWER”. Community integration can be defined as “the state where individuals with physical and cognitive impairment controls and directs his own life by participating in activities including education and meaningful employment.” Topic Community Integration approaches in Rehabilitation setting.
