Andrew Lesnak Assisted Victims of Catastrophic Events • Andrew created Community Outreach Program where he provided victims with affordable housing • He also provided training to enhance the earning capabilities of the victims • He helped them communicate effectively and make a proper decision • Andrew Lesnak could never forget the mental challenges that he had to face during hurricane • He came forward to volunteer as a counselor to address the mental and physical health issues of the people affected by Sandy

Andrew Found Volunteerism the best way to Cope with Building his Life both Professionally and Personally • Andrew Lesnak made the best use of his volunteerism in the field of mental health counseling to be a great form of therapy for himself • He realized that it was high time to do something really productive and therapeutic • He gave a serious thought to volunteering in various nonprofit organizations • He could easily relate himself to the people affected by hurricane Sandy and knew how to address their issues • Andrew became volunteer for a variety of mental health facilities to help people like himself • Soon, he became an advocate to those truly lost souls • He spoke with victims who have been diagnosed with suicidal tendencies and addictions

Andrew Lesnak Offered Hands On Counseling to help Rebuild Home and Personal Lives of Victims • Andrew continues to act as a victims’ advocate, and his success has been widely recognized in the State of New Jersey • He came up with the company named The Spero Advocacy Group with the motto While I Breathe, I Hope • He came up with a very personalized approach and focused on recovering from general distress, anxiety, and other psychiatric disorders • Andrew Lesnak considered it to be an important part of his recovery process
