Goals • Stimulating processes of self-awarenessand development • Expanding the notion about communicationas a process • Increasing the sensitivity for your own experiences and these of others in communication • Training the abilities for more effective interaction and responsible participation in group work

  5. Working principles • Living learning (trough the experiences) • Integration of the cognitive, emotional, behavioral and social level of learning. We memorize: 20% of what we hear; 30 % of what we see; 60% of what we see and hear; 70 % of what we say; 90 % of what we do, feel and understand. • Framework of the situations and the interactions
