Activate your mobile banking app To use mobile banking, you must first be signed up for Online Banking and Enroll for Mobiliti. • To sign up for Online Banking • Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org • Click on “Personal Enrollment” or “Commercial Enrollment” under Online Access • Click “I Agree” in the lower right hand corner • Complete the enrollment form • Click “Submit” in the lower right hand corner • To Enroll for Mobiliti • Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org • Follow the simple 6 step process OR • Watch the video tutorial • To activate your mobile banking app • Follow the simple 5 step process OR • Watch the video tutorial

  3. Activate your mobile banking app Step 1: Go to your smartphone “App” store • Apple Store, Google Play, etc. • Search for “touchbanking” (which is all one word) • Install the free Fiserv, Inc. App • Tap OPEN once the install is complete “touchbanking”

  4. Activate your mobile banking app Step 2: Activate your app for the first time • Enter the App Code: Community123 • Enter your online banking username • Tap Continue

  5. Activate your mobile banking app Step 3: For security reasons, you will be asked one of your security questions upon your first login. • Answer the security question • Tap Continue

  6. Activate your mobile banking app Step 4: Enter your online banking password (case sensitive) • Tap Log In

  7. Activate your mobile banking app Step 5: Review the Terms & Conditions • Tap “I Accept” if you agree Enjoy Mobile Banking from Community Bank!
