  16. Make an appointment with Kelsi Kautzky in the Office of International and Off-Campus Studies to discuss your options. Meet with Financial Aid to discuss how off-campus study would affect your financial aid package. Meet with the Registrar to discuss how credit transfer works for your specific program. Apply for Cornell approval by February 1st of the year before your program, regardless of whether you’re studying off-campus in the fall of spring. Apply to your program of choice! Program deadlines vary and many programs do fill up, so applying early is always a safer plan.
