  1. What types of cyberbullying exist? New technologies open the doors to a world of new possibilities. Today we can communicate instantaneously with people who are thousands of kilometers away, visit any place without leaving home, etc. But there are people who have preferred to use these new technologies to cause harm or annoy others, arising behaviors such as cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a case of bullying among minors through mobile phones, social networks or online video games. For the behavior to be cyberbullying, both the harasser and the harassed must be minors, since otherwise, it will be a cyberbullying behavior. The types of cyberbullying: Harassment: It consists of denigrating, threatening and insulting a person constantly through messages on social networks, email messages, WhatsApp or similar applications. This behavior includes putting nicknames, sending humiliating photos or videos or creating rumors about a person, all with the intention that other people join the public humiliation that is being made of the affected and disseminate the content. Porn for revenge: "Sexting" (sending photos or videos of oneself and sexual content) has become common behavior among adolescents and adults. From it derives the well-known one like porno by revenge that consists of raising those videos or photos to the Internet or to distribute them through other online means with the aim of taking revenge of a person. Stalking: This behavior consists of making a constant online follow-up of a person to let him know that there is a romantic or sexual interest in it or control all his movements online once a relationship has started. Behaviors that can constitute cyberbullying: The behaviors that can constitute cyber bullying in minors can be very varied, as an example we can highlight: - Hang on the Internet a compromised image to harm the victim. - Register the victim on websites that vote for the ugliest person, the least intelligent, etc. and add votes so that it appears in the first places of the ranking. - Create a false profile on behalf of the victim to damage his reputation. - Send threatening messages through digital channels. - Violate the privacy of the victim by accessing their email and changing their password. In these situations, it is important to seek specialized legal advice and start collecting all the data and evidence that can help prove in a judicial process that there has been cyberbullying. If you or your child is one of the victims, you should know bullying laws and also contact the expert in your city.
