  1. VISION STATEMENT Jesus For All People exist to glorify God by Extending and Expanding the Kingdom of God through • Planting multi-racial, multi-lingual, multi-cultural Churches, • Campus Ministries and • Cross-Cultural missions through the Power and Person of the Holy Spirit in Germany, Europe and the world."

  2. CORE VALUE Jesus for All People also has Six Ministry emphases which are known as the “CORE VALUES”: Worship Kingdom and Lordship Family Evangelism Discipleship Leadership

  3. WORSHIP • Spiritual, Heartfelt and Life Giving (1Peter 2:4-5,9; Romans 12:1;John 4:23-24) • We believe • Everything we do must be birth out of Intimacy with God • Worship is “spiritual intimacy with God" • This Intimacy means being with God, Enjoying His Presence • Worship Is what we give to God as an expression of gratitude and positive response to His Eternal Love and Goodness • that a life of Worship produces Life Giving ministries to people whom God loves. • Everything we do in our lives must be an expression of our worship unto God, therefore it will be purposeful, passionate and powerful.

  4. KINGDOM AND LORDSHIP • Kingdom and Lordship means • Christ centeredness (Gal 2: 20) • Obeying Gods word and following His will (Luke 6: 46 - 49) • We value Kingdom and Lordship because: • No one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ (1 Cor 3:11) • Jesus Christ is now the center and king of a persons life (Gal 2:20) • To the believers, Lordship establishes that Jesus Christ is both Savior, • Lord and King (Acts 2: 36) • God incarnate, the Word made flesh (John 1:14) • “Word made flesh,” the words Jesus spoke thus have ultimate authority in the life of every believer. • Our Kingdom and Lordship beliefs: • in everything He must have the Supremacy (Col 2: 18)

  5. FAMILY We believe: • After our relationship with God, our relationship with our family is the highest priority in our lives as believers. • "Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1) • Priorities in a Christian’s life should be: • your relationship with God; • your relationship with your spouse; • your relationship with your children; • your career and/or ministry. • Success is when the vision and values of a ministry are passed on from generation to generation and should be “multi-generational.” Our God is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

  6. EVANGELISM • We Believe: • lost people matter to God (2 Peter 3:9) • we have been called to imitate Jesus Christ, who came to “seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10). • God has called each of us to the "ministry of reconciliation" and has given us a "message of reconciliation“ (2 Cor 5:18-19) • People's goal is to grow its churches primarily through "lost people being saved", as opposed to those who are already Christians transferring into our churches.

  7. DISCIPLESHIP We believe • discipleship is "helping people follow the Lord Jesus, and love God, their natural and church families, and the lost" (Matt 22:37-40) • “Discipleship is the process whereby men and women follow Christ, are trained in His Word and the Spirit, grow to maturity and learn to replicate themselves in others” • Discipleship means following and becoming more like Jesus Christ, not the person who is discipling you. • Christ's last command to all Christians was to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20).

  8. LEADERSHIP • We believe • every Christian is called to be a leader and seeks to raise up Christian leaders in all walks of life • Kingdom leadership is "servant leadership" • Biblical leadership emphasizes "service, not glory" (Mark 10;33-35 ) • encourages "guidance, not control"(2 Timothy 2:2) • Is about "relationship, not rules" (1 Corinthians 4:15-16). • The reason for Leadership training is • To reach the future leaders of the nations by reaching the next generation who are currently on all schools, colleges and university campuses.
