We will discuss important topics, including the presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts, election of the Management Committee, and future plans. Enjoy refreshments and participate in our community activities. Help us celebrate our success, including the Highly Commended Healthy Community Award and our Greenfingers Allotment Club for ages 7–15. Thank you for your support!

Key Milestones 2007 Highly Commended Healthy Community Award Greenfingers Allotment Club commences for age 7 – 15 Health & Horticulture Show Had a display and entered our cabbages Planting in the Park Wild Flower Meadow Groundforce Day’s 26 Adults and 7 Children Jan Feb Apr Jun Aug Oct Dec Mar Nov May Jul Sep Fence Erected Allowing work to start Received £1000 from Mayor’s Wellbeing Fund. 1st Successful bid – went on to secure more than £11, 000 Launch Event Excellent success, attended by 100+ Members Picnic Treasure Hunt Planting in the Park Tree Dressing

  5. Annual Accounts • Verified by Alan Reay, Chartered Accountant Income Expenditure Etc. Independent examiner for 2008

  6. We will be electing the following positions: Chairperson Vice Chairperson Committee Members The election of the Secretary and Treasurer will take place at the next committee meeting.
