April 2009 Technical Coordinators Meeting Highlights on Google Apps and Related Topics

In the April 7, 2009 meeting led by Jeff Williams, technical coordinators discussed ongoing projects related to Google Apps, including functional design for the web site (http://oit.umn.edu/google-initiative/) and a survey on mobile client usage with personal Gmail/Apps accounts. The team solicited topic suggestions for future meetings and addressed technical updates, such as the recent switch to a new load balancer for Gophermail. For continued inquiries, participants were encouraged to direct questions to gpilot@umn.edu.
