  3. INTRODUCTION • Audi is one of the world's best known car brands. • The Audi brand stands for quality, innovation and prestige. • Much of Audis success and the power to compete is due to its well trained staff.

  4. RECRUITMENT • Audi provides a complete service to all Audi Centres to help them recruit staff. • This includes descriptions of job roles, pay advice and advertising for recruits. • The roles are based on research into the actions that high quality staff should be able to perform. • Audi UK helps with each stage of the process from identifying a job vacancy to the appointment of staff.

  5. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT • Audi provides training and development. • Training is to build the skills that help Audi to meet its aims. Development is for people to develop their own skills.

CAREER PROGRESSION • As a result of the training and development: • Audi gains by having skilled people. • Audi Centres gain from skilled and motivated staff. • Customers gain from knowing that staff are good quality. • Staff gain from developing their own skills. • Audi provides a clear career path for workers. • It helps them to meet their own needs and also helps the Audi Centres.
