  3. 3.1 selection of TOT candidates • academics who are working permanently at one of the MEDA university departments and are committed to carry the training courses after being trained. • representing departments that work in interesting fields for the local industry. • have basic knowledge required for the courses of the three modules • have the required language skills • have the required soft skills (communication, presentation skills, etc.) • have the required IT skills

  4. 3.2 Creating Competences: courses for the Chair operators and support team • Technology Transfer and Valorisation one week course in Delft • Intellectual Property protecion and exploitation one week course iNMilano • Innovation and Public Relation one week course in Graz

  5. 3.3 Building capacities: Training of trainers courses (1) Preparation: • Course development Entrance level, connective course, input, output • Didactic approach and teachin methods Problem based learning • Harmonization Sharing knowledge of all partners EU partners further the course development
