  • Identify data and develop methodology to examine USF events on a going-forward basis
  • Examine existing operating procedures and consider new procedures and tools to monitor and mitigate USF events in real-time

  • Was formed from the last Operating Committee Meeting
  • The Taskforce first face to face meeting at the WECC RC in Vancouver on July 11, 2013 and numerous conference calls
  • Taskforce created a template that information could be easily and consistently sent to the RC that will speed up the turnaround time
  • Submitted 18 2013 USF Events, two for each month to the RC for analyzing and review.
