RIG Service Company - Constanta (Port) Was set up in November, 2001, following a SNP Petrom’s decision of externalize the mechanic-energetic activity from seaside and the board of the drilling & production platforms from the Black Sea and abroad. The company has took over 750 specialists able to: • operate, maintain and repair the equipments from the board of the drilling & production platforms; • move jack-up platforms; • operate, maintain the equipments of the station which shows the gasoline, exports the oil and gases from Terminal Midia; • NDT laboratory, ultrasonic nondestructive control, control with penetrating liquids and magnetic particles; • PRAM verifications; recurrently verifications of the electrical protections from the energetic systems of the ships and platforms; • stall tests, valves and vents verification (till 150 bars and 150 mm diameter); • merchandise and persons transports.
