  3. During The Game • Making use of “down time” • Scrums • Lineouts • Injuries • Penalty/Free Kick • Yellow Card • Exit/Return • Sending Off

  4. During The Game • Admit your mistakes • Smile your enjoying it ! • Praise good play • Be consistent • Look smart

  5. Post Match • Don’t: • Argue with your advisor • Get into heated discussions • Do: • Thank your advisor for his time • Dress smart • Remember you are representing Somerset Ref Soc. • Respect other officials • Talk to players & coaches • But don’t necessarily believe everything you hear !!!
