  6. READY TO SELL AND SHIP GREENSTART IGNITER TRAVIS INDUSTRIES IS CHANGING THE WOOD INDUSTRY AS WE KNOW IT BY ADDING START-UP CONVENIENCE TO WOOD BURNING APPLIANCES. With the push of a button your customers can easily start a wood burning unit without the use of paper or kindling, even with a cold, outside flue! No need to crack the door for added air during start-up or refueling. Woodstoves have always been an economical heat source, but now they will be SAFER & MORE CONVENIENT!

READY TO SELL AND SHIP GREENSTART IGNITER Igniter kit will include one igniter, pump (bellows), controls, housing & brick Push the button once for start-up; • Pump starts @ 100% for 15 seconds LED light turns Green. • Pump voltage reduces to 65 volt and igniter starts at 16 seconds. • At 5 minutes pump voltage increases back to 100%. • At 10 minutes igniter & pump turn off.

Runs off of standard 120v outlet, draws less than 8 amps of power. One kit for insert - 9’ cord length can be put on hearth or to the side of the unit in cabinet.

  16. AVAILABLE IN 2012 HYBRID-FYRE TECHNOLOGY The Hybrid-Fyre™ flattens the emission curve which means all four burn rates aresignificantly less than 1 gram per hour. In comparison, a typical non-catalytic emission curve starts dirty at low-burn, cleans up in mid-burn and emissions increase in the high-burn rate creating a U- shaped emission curb. A typical catalytic emission curve starts lower and increases as the burn rate gets higher.

AVAILABLE IN 2012 HYBRID-FYRE TECHNOLOGY The Hybrid-Fyre™ also reduces the carbon monoxide level in all burn rates to less than 1/10th of a percent, therefore giving us combustion efficiency over 95% (using the B415 test method). Overall efficiency at all burn rates is in the high 80 percentiles. As an example the overall efficiency during medium-low burn is 89.6% (B 415)

A traditional hearth look is achieved by having our ceramic glass go almost all the way to the bottom of the unit, and hearth. AVAILABLE IN 2012-GAS INSERTS 616 GSR with Glass Floor What’s The Magic This Extra Large insert fits into most fireplace openings, only measuring 24 1/4” high x 35” wide x 16.5 inches deep, very similar to the ever popular DVL Insert (DVL 23.75 h x 31.5 w x 14.5 d). Having the controls laterally located, allows for and increased glass viewing area by almost 20%. (616 sq in vs. 518 sq in) than a DVL. The 616 comes full loaded, with fans, accent lights, 3 stage burner and Greensmart Remote, all standard.
