MOS Cooling Results and Current Response

This study examines the cooling results of MOS cameras at different temperatures (-100C to -120C) and analyzes their current response. It includes plots and measurements of CTI (Charge Transfer Inefficiency), resolution, and contamination monitoring, along with comparison with current response data. Additionally, the study explores the low energy excess and epoch/flux dependent response variation.
