Problem Oil can only be produced at a very slow rate causing prices to sky rocket and oil reserves to dwindle. Oil is a necessary material for todays society and when it eventually runs out we need to be prepared.

It can be solved because of the follows reason e.g. • It is renewable commodity • It can use the same engines as we use today • It can be converted from grass into ethanol • We have a large supply of this plant • It can be re grown when we are low
