  4. Why is Fundraising Necessary • 2014 Budget From Baldwin High School • After paying for Mt. Lebanon Golf Course our operating budget is $2,100. • If 18 players make the team, that comes down to $116.67 per player.

  5. Why is Fundraising Necessary • By selling 1000 raffle tickets, the golf team will have an operating budget of $10,100. • That comes down to $561.10 per player if 18 students make the team. • Our goal is to spend roughly 400.00 per athlete.

Rewarding Student Athletes • Players will receive summer t shirts, gloves, Pro V1 golf balls, two golf shirts, one pair of golf shorts, one pair of golf pants, and umbrella. • Varsity players will receive new golf bags…JV players will receive the old bags. • While apparel has little to do with golf performance, you represent Baldwin High School and should look your best.

  8. 2014 Golf Room • Our golf room is one of a kind. No other high school in the area has a practice facility like we do. • That being said, the room clearly needs updated.

  9. 2014 Golf Room Increase performance through practice, instruction and fitness. Offer instruction using current technology and video. Serve as a liaison between community members. Increase team bonding/morale through entertainment, games, and tournaments.

  10. What Do We Need? • Furniture (Donations) • Mounted television near hitting area • New paint/decorations (never hurts to ask) • Clean Room (behind nets, closets) • Food/Drink/Refrigerator • Suggestions

  11. Summer of 2014 • Free golf will be available to you at Cedarbrook Golf Course and Grand View golf Course. • Depending on success of fundraiser, we can add additional courses. • Organized Range Days. • Fitness Program – Weightlifting program, stretching program. Professional Trainer?
