  2. Indications • Autophonie • Baisse de l'audition • Acouphènes • Douleur • Découverte fortuite d’un bouchon à l’otoscopie

  3. Contre-indications • * Chirurgie récente du • tympan. * Otite externe, OMA * Perforation tympanique connue ou suspectée * ATT

  4. Technique (1) • Matériel : • Eau tiède + antiseptique. • Seringue 50 cc ou poire.enema. ( ou tubulure fine et souple pour les enfants) • Bassin réniforme. • Serviette. • Principe : Lavage à grande eau afin de décoller et d’entraîner le bouchon de cérumen.

  5. Technique (2) • Horizontalisation du CAE. • Flux dirigé vers la paroi postéro-supérieure du CAE. • Pas d’ insufflation d’air. • Manœuvre indolore. • Echec (29%). • Complications: (examen otoscopique systématique après lavage) • - Otite externe. • - Perforation tympanique. • - Lésion du CAE. • - Vertige rotatoire. • - Douleurs.
