Nel 1950 è la volta delle attività elettromeccaniche ed idromeccaniche della San Giorgio che confluiscono, insieme a quelle analoghe dell'Ansaldo, nella società di nuova costituzione Ansaldo - San Giorgio, alla quale viene fornita la «dote» dello stabilimento di Campi da parte dell'Ansaldo e di alcune unità sia a Sestri che a Rivarolo da parte della San Giorgio. ASG Acronimo del logo : Ansaldo San Giorgio
