  2. Edmonton County is a successful, mixed, multicultural school with over 1600 students. We are a Specialist Technology College, committed to learning and achievement for the whole school community. We are proud of our students’ high achievement and our excellent reputation in the local community and we are continually over-subscribed, with waiting lists in all year groups. www.edmonton.enfied.sch.uk

  3. Edmonton County school is a mixed multi-cultural, split sight school, which is located Enfield, North London. Lower site- consists of years 7-9 Upper site- consists of years 10-11 including sixth form The school day starts at 8.40- 2.-45 (3.30) Students have five one hour lessons a day. Each year group has one assembly a week and every student takes part in the mentoring programme once every two weeks

Subjects available for students at Edmonton county Some subjects are compulsory for all students across the country which form the CORE of your studies: English Maths Science Core Physical Education Ethics & Philosophy Core Information Communications Technology (ICT) Citizenship including PSHE and Careers Education Options Spanish Turkish Technology Options Art Drama Music Sociology Health and social care

  5. We also do Learning to learn Where student develop their skills on how they best learn. This skill can then be transferred into other subjects.

  8. Mentoring and coaching. Once every two weeks students are mentored in small group with their form tutor. The main aim of mentoring is to enable students to reflect on their learning and progress. Identifying their strengths and weakness and setting targets so they can achieve to the best of their ability.
