  1. Ultimate frisbee Unit

  2. The goal in ultimate frisbee is to successfully complete passes with your team members to advance the frisbee forward into the scoring zone. If the opposing team has possession of the frisbee, you are attempting to stop them from scoring by regaining possession of the frisbee. PURPOSE

  3. 1. Throw the frisbee to a teammate to advance it towards the end zone. • 2. Both feet must Cross the end zone line to score • 3. When you catch the frisbee you can no longer move • 4. You must throw the frisbee from where you caught it Rules

  4. 5. If the Frisbee is dropped any team can pick it up. • 6. If opposing team catches the frisbee, they now can score. • 7. No Hitting, pushing, or tripping of any type. • 8. The frisbee may be caught or blocked so the opponent doesn’t catch it.
