2. The World Café Process “Shaping our Futures through Conversations that Matter”

4. Café Conversation Process • A question will be posed • First table discussion will last about 20 minutes • You will then move to a new table with new people for another 20 minute conversation of same question • Then return to your original table with your original table host to “harvest” the conversations • Harvest involves coming up with 3 key points/deeper questions • End round with a whole-café conversation

5. Café Conversation Table Hosts • Each table will begin by identifying a host • Hosts will listen actively to summarize the key themes, ideas, and deeper questions generated during each table discussion • Hosts will remain at the same table during entire duration of the activity
