  2. Project Status • Project is approximately 4weeks behind revised schedule. • Focus is moving toward JINDEX interfaces and improvement of timeliness, reliability and data accuracy. • High level of effort and commitment dedicated toward project success.

  3. JINDEX Interfaces The success of this project is dependent on the cohesive interoperation of many entities and technical elements

  4. Project Commitment • Weekly meetings with members of the JIN Technical Advisory Group • Administrative Office of the Courts, Department of Information Services, Department of Licensing, King County, Law Enforcement Support Agency, City of Seattle, Washington State, Patrol, Yakima County • Daily conference calls with the JINDEX technical team • Technical staff from King and Yakima Counties • 4 – 5 members from DIS • 3 – 4 members form Online Business Systems

  5. Critical Keys to Success • Continued commitment by contractor. • Continued commitment and cooperation from partner agencies. • Continuing project oversight.
