  3. Top 5 Diseases Ages 0 to10 years Observations Most of the diseases in this age group relate to hygiene. Low immunity pre-disposes the age group to frequent infections. Recommendations Adequate breastfeeding, proper nutrition, Personal and environmental hygiene are key measures in keeping the infections in check for this age group.

  4. Top 5 Diseases Ages 11 to 20 years Observations Improvement of the immune system, but diseases of the respiratory system still lead. Age group with adventure with bone and muscle injuries and conditions due to high activity. Recommendations Proper guiding and Counseling in learning institutions, engagement is sports occupational therapies and guidance on healthy lifestyles, to alleviate involvement in antisocial behaviors e.g. drug and substance abuse.
