  3. S.M.A.R.T. Goals (there are variations) • Specific • Measurable • Action-oriented (Achievable/Attainable) • Realistic (Results-focused/Reasonable/Relevant) • Time-bound (Timely)

  4. Make Goals S.M.A.R.T. • Specific – clearly defined or identified • Measurable – quantifiable; can gauge success, progress, or failure • Action-oriented – goal focuses on action you can take • Realistic – sensible or practical, but actually doable • Time-bound/Timely – set a time frame

  5. Goal Lengths – (can vary)For this Class • Short term - up to 1 year • Mid term - 1-5 years • Long term - 6-10 years

  6. Once goals are accomplished you should know it. You should know that you reached the Finish Line.
