"SlimLine" Pail Filler Type 4 • Cost-effective pail filler in Feige quality for filling pails and cans of up to 60 kg. • The stainless steel "SlimLine" filler is designed according to the motto "Keep it simple". The filler offers all the main functions that you might expect of a gravimetric filler. A large number of well-proven components from the Feige modular system have been used, e.g. the filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector. Many cost-effective accessories can be integrated.

  13. "Plug and Fill" Pail / Can Filling Station • Feige "Plug & Fill" type 14. and 19. for highest flexibility • Most different containers can be filled as per W&M legislation. Type 14. is designed for pails and cans of up to 60 kg, type 19. for drums of up to 300 kg. These stations are also available on rollers. • Even "Plug & Fill" machines can be fitted with a mass flow meter working according to the Coriolis principle. Apart from the filling valve the measuring tube with the Feige terminal is the centrepiece of the filling machine, compared to other machines where the scale platform is one of the main components. The Feige terminal includes a PLC which controls the complete filling process and assures W&M approved filling.

Automatic Pail / Can Filling Machine Type 34 • The filler type 34 “Plug & Fill” is remarkably variable and suited to most different pail and can sizes and products. • Optimum machines types are available to handle typical products such as: • Pails & Lacquers • Building material (dispersion paint, plaster, tile adhesive, primer,...) • Food (concentrate, ketchup, mayonnaise, jam,...) • Chemicals (peroxide, acetone, cleaning solvent, thinner,...) • Petrochemicals (grease, lube oil, hydraulic oil,...)

Filling stations are available for below-surface, above-surface or below-bunghole filling mode. The following working steps can be automated through modular design of the filler: • Can feed one by one • De-bunging of cans • W&M approved filling • Cap sealing of cans • Re-bunging of cans • Labelling • Palletizing

Rapid Filler • The Rapid Filler is a high-speed filler for W&M approved filling of pails and cans (1 to 30 l) with an output of 2000 and more per hour. • The Rapid Filler has a modular design, up to 8 fill places can be integrated! • The product flow is controlled via Feige weigh scale so that the product feed is optimum controlled for all filling valves to ensure W&M approved filling. This leads to minimum fill time for all containers. • Fully automatic filling lines can be designed by combining the Rapid Filler with ancillary equipment (e.g.paildenester, lid placer and labeller ). • Also available for hazardous area application.
