    3. HOW BIG IS OUTSOURCING? World-wide IT spend in 2003 -- $357 b India is the world’s leading destination for IT outsourcing (80% market share for BPO). India’s share of IT -- $20 b $12 b from exports = only 3.4% of world expenditure Source: IDC and NASSCOM
