Developing Basic Project Design and Management Skills

This training workshop at Belarusian State University aims to provide young researchers and academics with essential skills in project design and management. Participants will learn about international project policies and design typologies, as well as practical workshops on problem analysis, project planning, and budgeting. The training will be conducted by Alexander Rytov, Deputy Head of the Department for International Relations, and Artsiom Nazaranka, Senior Lecturer in History and Chairman of the Young Scientists Council at the BSU Faculty of History.
