Human Resources Report 2/15/12 Employees Invited to take survey through Survey Monkey As of 2-10-12 92 of 122 employees had completed As of 2-10-12 2 houses had 100% participation Same questions from previous surveys A few questions added Wellness Goal met for health assessment, physical exams and nutrition Still need to meet one other goal. Very close to wellness screening goal. 3 additional people needed to meet this goal Attended OMH leadership development institute about goal setting Administrative team to discuss Studer Pillars to set goals for FY 2012-13 Began working with Mike Osborne on quotes for July 1 health insurance renewal
