  2. การเรียนรู้ เรื่อง การประเมินใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุสมผล • กรณี มีการสั่งใช้ยา ปฏิชีวนะ ใน ผู้ป่วยไข้หวัด (ICD10 : J00) • กระบวนการจัดการ • 1. งดการสั่ง amoxicillin , Pen V .ในรหัส J00(ไข้หวัด) • 2. หากต้องสั่งยา amoxicillin , Pen V ให้ ใช้ Dx J039 (ต่อมทอมซิลอักเสบ)

  3. การเรียนรู้ เรื่อง การประเมินใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุสมผล • กรณีมีการใช้ยาปฎิชีวนะ ในผู้ป่วยท้องเสีย • ในจำนวนผู้ป่วยโรคอุจจาระร่วง 1,433,230 รายที่กรมควบคุมโรคได้รับรายงานจากสถานพยาบาลต่างๆ ในปี พ.ศ.2550 พบว่า 1.3 % : เข้าข่าย “โรคบิด” และควรกินยาปฏิชีวนะ 98.7 % : เป็นผู้ป่วย “โรคท้องร่วง” หรือ “อาหารเป็นพิษ” ไม่ควรกินยาปฏิชีวนะ

  4. การเรียนรู้ เรื่อง การประเมินใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุสมผล • กรณีมีการใช้ยาปฎิชีวนะ ในผู้ป่วยท้องเสีย • การสั่งยา co trimoxazoleควรใช้ รหัส A03 (shigella) • การใช้รหัส DX A09 (diarrhea ) ยาที่สั่งใช้ ควรเป็น ORS • hyoscineเท่านั้น งดการสั่งยา antibiotic

  5. การเรียนรู้เรื่องระบบแพ้ยาใน รพสต. • การลงข้อมูล แพ้ยาในรพสต. • ต้องลงข้อมูลทั้งใน family folder และในโปรแกรม JHCIS
