  12. Medicaid Eligibility Report Recommendations • Allow short term nursing home residents to maintain housing in community • Allow MI Choice spend down to 300% of SSI • Enforce standards of promptness for processing applications

  13. Recommended Next Steps • Establish committee of task force members to assist in implementation of recommendations
