  3. Webinar Overview This Webinar is mandatory for all OSEP Project Directors’ (PD) Conference Breakout Session presenters. The Webinar provides an overview of important conference guidelines, including speaker expectations as well as reminders about logistics that will help speakers effectively plan for conference participation and presentations. New to this Year’s Conference • Registration: There is no registration fee! • Sustenance: Food and refreshments will not be provided (visit the Local Dining Webpage) • Changes to the Agenda: • The Poster Session will be held in two parts (Monday, July 15 and Tuesday, July 16 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day) • A one-hour break will be provided for lunch E-mail us at: osep-meeting@air.org

New to this Year’s Conference Presentations: Mandatory Webinar for presenters All presenters must submit presentation materials (i.e., PowerPoints) by Monday, June 3, 2013 or they will not be included in the agenda Networking & Social Media: Conference Blogging Twitter: #PDConf  Group Dinner Reservations E-mail us at: osep-meeting@air.org

  7. General Session Information • Breakout sessions are scheduled for 1 hour • Allow time for audience participation and discussion • Include 20-30 minutes of discussion and 2-3 guided discussion questions • Expect an audience of 35–85 people • Copies of presentations and handouts are due Monday, June 3 (to be included in the agenda) E-mail us at: osep-meeting@air.org

Audiovisual Equipment Needs • We will only provide a screen in each room; we will not provide any other equipment for presentations. • You may bring your own equipment (e.g., computers, LCD projectors) • Rent equipment from the hotel at your own expense (visit the conference website for hotel equipment rental prices and an order form E-mail us at: osep-meeting@air.org

Registration & Shipping Materials Presenter Registration: All presenters must register by 5 pm Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, June 21, 2013 Shipping Materials to the Hotel: If you intend to ship materials to the hotel in advance, please make sure that they do notreach the hotel before Friday, July 12, 2013. If your shipment arrives at the hotel prior to Friday, July 12, 2013 you will incur a storage fee of $50 per day. E-mail us at: osep-meeting@air.org
