Erasmus: • Exchange for at least3 months, Erasmus granthasbeen 200 e / month (2012-2013 willbeconfirmedlater) • First-yearstudiesmustbecompletedprior to exchangeperiod; the averagegrade of compulsoryEnglishlanguagecourseshas to be at least 3 • Applyingalwaysin cooperationwithschool, never on yourown. • Beforeexchange: Planyourstudiescarefully: LearningAgreementbetweenschools • During the exchange: At least5 creditseverymonth

Applying process 2012-2013 1/3 • Read ALL information on Moodle (Liku: Information for students, part 5 International affairs). • Read webpages of the partnerschoolsverycarefully!!! • Make a top threelist of possibleschools. • ContactInka-Mari Suhonen (A-1056) . Office hour in thisperiod on TUESDAY at 10.15-11) orschedule an appointment.

Applying process 2012-2013 2/3 • Application= 1 x A4 in English (auf Deutsch, på svenska..) • Why to goabroad? • Where and why? • One ortwosemesters? • Top 3 list • Cv & transcript of records(as attachment). • Alldocuments for academicyear 2012-2013 to Inka-Mari (A-1056) IN MARCH 2012. Pleasenote: this is the first (internal) step of the applicationprocess; in Savonia/ Business and Administration.

Applying process 2012-2013 3/3 In April 2012 youwillget the answerfrom Savonia (whocanapply and to whichschool). • Nextstep: Application to exchangeschool. • Youhave to organizepracticalitiesmainlybyyourself, e.g. travelling, insurance, possiblegrants, accommodation, permit of residence, bankaccountsetcetc… • Yourownmotivation is the mostimportantthingifyouareplanning to go on an exchange.
