Activities and performance indicators: Development of analytical framework (focus group scenario, desk research framework, layout of national and comparative report) – 2nd month Carry out desk research and focus groups – 1 focus group (10 participants) / country, 3rd month Preparation of national reports – 6 reports in national language and English, electronic version, 3rd month Preparation of comparative report, showing important aspects to be taken into consideration when defining methodology of competency based recruitment – 1 report in 7 languages, electronic version, 4th month Project with the support of the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union
