The Institute’ s Mission • The Institute’s Mission is to assist in the revitalization of cities, counties, states, non-profits, and business through the utilization of the Center’s expertise and resources, including its member University and Colleges. Their respective faculty and students are used as resources to facilitate effective and efficient government, to disseminate best practices, to conduct applied research, and strategy development.

  5. Technical Assistance • Technical Assistance including data gathering and analysis, literature reviews, economic analyses, marketing studies and strategic and comprehensive plan development This also includes feasibility studies and policy analysis for business and non-profit clients.
