OSC Responsibilities Under 1337 • The form described in this section shall be developed by the Legal Working Group of the Office of the State Coordinator for Health Information Technology • A designated statewide health information exchange shall establish a secure website accessible to patients and shall provide patients with information on how to use the website. This website and the functions described in subsections D, E, F, and H of this section shall be functional by January 1, 2012 or else the designated statewide health information exchange must present a progress report to the Legal Working Group including the projected implementation date. • Breech response • The designated statewide statewide health information exchange shall develop a quality management plan, including auditing mechanisms, in consultation with the Office of the State Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the Office of the State Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the Legal Working Group shall review the plan and results.
