  4. How do you know whether you have built solid relationships with other team members?

  5. Look for these characteristics: Respect Show it to others simply because they are a human being. Shared Experiences You will never develop common ground until you share common experiences. Trust “To be trusted is a greater compliment than to be loved.” Reciprocity There has to be give-and-take so that everyone benefits. Mutual Enjoyment Just being together can turn unpleasant tasks into positive experiences.

  7. To Better Relate to Your Teammates… Focus on others instead of yourself Ask the right questions Share common experiences Make others feel special

  8. Being “Relational” is not easy…it requires TENACITY!

  9. To be tenacious means… Giving all that you have, not more than you have Working with determination, not waiting on destiny Quitting when the job is done, not when you’re tired

  10. How tenacious are you? When others have given up, do you keep hanging on? If the team hasn’t found a solution to a problem, are you willing to keep plugging away to the very end in order to succeed?

  11. Tenacious People Stand for something Make your work a game Work harder and/or smarter

  12. So, let’s develop our relationships and our tenacity!
