Product Explanation(Automatic Loading Device Pressure Balance) KPB-A Series is an unique automatic weight-handling device, able to do reliable calibration and test evaluation by automatization previous dead-weight tester's repeated weighting process. Furthermore, accurate and stable work is available by prevention from measurement uncertainty resulted from inclined dead-weight tester, from damage of weights and devices. KPB-A Series which is an automatic stepping device stacking weights automatically according to intended pressure, is automatic stepping method's pressure calibration system with the automatic stepping device is very easy to use, designed to load weights from 3 wheels automatically, so easy to be repaired against fault or problem

Product Characteristic (Automatic Loading Device Pressure Balance) For stepping weight of pressure controller calibrating pressure gauge to indicate pressure value equally to weight stacking on top of the piston, KPB-A Series having piston-cylinder module is composed including input part making generating or release signal according to weight gravity, stepping motor controller controlling weight-lifting assembly and vertical stepping according to signals of generating or release, stepping motor controller having weight-lifting assembly (fork) and vertical stepping controller. According to this, human power caused from weight lifting can be reduced notably, more precise and safe calibration is available with prevention from weight damage. KPB-A Series which loads weight of pressure standard to Y direction by controlling system combined stepping motor and ball screw, automatically delivers to designated location and settles it, so it is useful to devices which control location by approach sensor and contact sensor, identify weight automatically and correct itself.   13. KPG-C2000 KPG-C2000 is Portable Pressure Calibrator for testing pressure leak, pressure generatingand measurement at industrial site. Especially, KPG-C2000 is new development product emphasizing the convenience in using to replace "Touch LCD Screen" instead of the button method having the products of the other companies. Also, KPG-C2000 has only its the merits such as low price and rapid after service.   14. Gauge Connection Section This is the connection port of measurement pressure gauge for calibration. Equipped with steel protection holder against the destruction of surrounding case, in case of connecting pressure gauge at connection port. Protection of surrounding case destruction with using Push-In filter(KPT-V1), in case of connecting pressure gauge at connection port. That is connected not screwed down method but push-in method. External Communication Section This is the communication equipement which can transfer the measurement pressure data with using USB. The other fuctions are the creation of voltage and filling up battery to be supplied power from AC/DC adapter. Including Various Functions Language selection, 13 Unit change, Continuation Data Storage, Graph Funtions, Calibration etc.
