  9. 9-Click the check box 10-Click the pencil

  10. 11-Click here

  11. 12-Complete the form

  12. 13-Click save button

  13. 14-Make sure it loaded 15-Click “continue”

  14. 16-Click here

  15. 17-Click “submit”

  16. 18-Look for this confirmation message. You are done!
