Basic Information on Plants Protection Without Pesticides in Armenia • RA is not supporting non-chemical pest management according to Article 3.9 of the Code of Conduct • RA has no crop specific IPM standards for main crops • RA is not invested in training programs for non-chemical pest management • RA has no financial public support programmes for non-chemical agriculture

Legislative Field RoA Law on Organic Agriculture adopted on 08.04.2008 RoA Governmnet decisionon: • Establishment of the delivery order of certificate of compliance in the field of agriculture • Approval of a nominal list of allowable and limited allowable for use compounds, including pesticides,means of soil structure improvement, fertility raising, plant protectionand disinfection and about the establishment of application order • Establishment of the order of organic agriculture management, production, processing the produce in an organic way, packaging, storage, transportation and realization of plants and products of plant origin, animal husbandry and products of cattle breeding ( including the apiary produce) • Establishment of an emblem of compliance of the organic agricultural produce, certificate of compliance and the certificate forms of compliance of the production methods used in organic agriculture
