  4. SYMPTOMS • Pressure and fullness in the area • Back pain • Tiredness • Symptoms are felt more after the woman stands for awhile

  6. TREATMENT • Conservative : exercise • Surgical : TVT

  7. TAKE HOME MESSAGE • Nurse should provide information about urinary incontinence and pelvic relaxation to women – starting at the childbearing years
