Day of Event • 8:00 am go to New Berlin Farmers Market to get the fruit and vegetables for the fruit and veggie trays • 9:00 am arrive at house to wash and cut up fruit & wash dishes • 10:00 am plate and refrigerate food • 10:15 am direct rentals where furniture is placed • 11:00 am place ribbon around banisters • 11:30 am fill up water jug • 11:35 am place crayons and coloring pages in sunroom

  13. Day of Event • 11:40 am turn on audio • 11:45 am put out food • 11:50 am take final walk through • 11:55 am assemble outside for ribbon cutting • 12:00 pm ribbon butting • 12:15 pm move inside • 12:15 – 5:00~ pm mingle and answer questions • Gathering feedback • Updating twitter throughout the day • 5:00 - ??? Clean up
