  1. Proposed Post Tenure Review Process • Performance Improvement Committee creates a Performance Improvement Plan. • [BOX 5] • Annual Performance Evaluation by Dean/Director indicates significant problems for two consecutive evaluations. The matter is referred to the Performance Evaluation Panel for review. • [BOX 1] • 1st Year Review of the improvement plan • [BOX 6] • Performance Improvement Plan is completed satisfactorily. The process ends and tenure continues to be reviewed by the Annual Performance Evaluation. • [BOX 7] • Performance Improvement Plan is not Completed Satisfactorily • [BOX 8] • Performance Evaluation Panel determines if faculty member should proceed to performance improvement plan. The panel is a standing committee of 5 faculty and 4 administrative personnel. • [BOX 2] • 2nd Year Review of improvement plan • [BOX 9] • Panel determines the identified issues do not warrant a Performance Improvement Plan. • The process ends and tenure continues to be reviewed with Annual Performance Evaluation • Panel may make recommendations concerning the current situation or to head off future difficulties. • [BOX 3] • Panel agrees there are significant problems. • Performance Improvement Committee is formed • [BOX 4] • Not Completed Satisfactorily. Committee recommends the College severs ties with faculty member. • [BOX 11] • Revised Performance Improvement Plan is completed satisfactorily. The process ends and tenure continues to be reviewed by the Annual Performance Evaluation. • [BOX 10]
