Manpower situation

This report provides an update on the manpower situation and current computing projects since the last review. Key personnel changes include Peter Clarke's role as deputy computing project leader and the addition of Philippe Ghez as a webmaster focusing on website improvements. Renato Santana is involved in training for GEOC crisis areas. The report highlights ongoing staffing challenges and critical support needs for various technical areas, some of which remain severely under-resourced since 2011. It notes the unlikeliness of new funding and raises the prospect of contributing additional resources to ongoing projects.
