ISSUES/CONCERNS • Due to how long it’s taking for LEDs to arrive: • All milestones that deal with the LEDs are delayed • Cannot do any testing between the sensors and LEDs • Milestone originally created for best case scenario; Everything will need to be adjusted to make up for delay. • Hardware implementation: rely heavily on schematic design of PCB

  15. CONCLUSION • Due to a minor delay, the team is currently behind schedule on building the project • As soon as LEDs arrive, testing and assembling will begin to determine how LEDs and sensors must be connected to achieve our goal for the project.
