If there’s a course that should get it right, it’s this one. Perhaps it’s me, but I was surprised to hear mention of helpful videos in a review. Was that part of the course? On a positive note, the proofreading symbols were set out clearly and Jamie was very helpful when I had trouble downloading my certi?cate. DISAPPOINTING DISAPPOINTING   There were several errors and no exercises to complete, only a mock exam. I’m glad that I didn’t pay full price for this.
