Introduction l.jpg
Introduction

  • One of the first and most important things that a new student at any KCTCS school needs to do is set up his or her e-mail account and student self service access.

  • This PowerPoint will guide you through the steps of setting up and accessing your e-mail account as well as using that login information to access student self service features.

Step one e mail l.jpg
Step One: E-mail

  • The key to accessing almost all electronic services offered by KCTCS is your e-mail username and password.

  • Because of this, it is necessary to create an e-mail account before trying to access any other KCTCS services.

  • You will need the following information to set up your account:

  • Your Last Name (which I hope you know)

  • Your Student ID number (which you can get from your KCTCS registration documents or your advisor)

  • Be sure to write your password down and put it in a safe place!
