  18. Looking at our HSLF Transitions Definition…. Transitions is the process of change from one state or activity to another. Our team’s focus areas are on the transitions between middle and high school and between high school and postsecondary options. In anticipation of the changes proposed within HSLF, our work also supports staff, parent and community transitions. We are taking a closer look at physical, emotional, intellectual and social changes with the goal of planning for and providing opportunities for students and staff to fully engage in meaningful learning experiences.

Yearly Budget for HSLF • Year 1 (all four) = $28,275 • Year 2 = $30,000 • Year 3 = $40,500 • Year 4 = $26,000 • Year 5 = $15,500 • Average = $28,055 • Each year, there is money that would come from our current building budgets and Learning Services. We also plan to write grant applications for specific activities.
